iMETTLE TRAINING CLASSES

HYBRID TRAINING

  • Strength and conditioning program that is designed to make a versatile human athlete
  • Designed to develop an athlete who is strong for their body weight
  • Build stamina to carry a load for a long distance
  • Develop endurance to run long distances
  • Mobility and flexibility to avoid injuries.

Bootcamp

  • Metabolic conditioning program
  • Use bodyweight exercises, endurance machines, sandbags
  • Focus is on functional human movements
  • High intensity, circuit based training
  • Get fit for a Spartan Race or Tough Mudder

OCR TRAINING

  • Obstacle training for Spartan Race, Tough Mudder races
  • Learn how to climb walls, ropes, carry heavy objects, army crawl, trail run, climb monkey bar rig, and tyrolean traverse.
  • Mental toughness training and breathing exercises will also be introduced to give users the skill sets both physical and mental needed to complete OCR events.
